yes, by doing exercises such as squats and leg press, your body releases more testosterone because they are fundementally larger muscle groups but for the most part, to significantly increase test levels you're looking at prohoromones

Keyword, significantly increase. Those methods of increasing testosterone are about as efficient as getting drunk from 0.1% alcohol beer.

However, I don't condone the use of steroids or prohormones. I see them as unfair advantages and also life-destroying substances. In the short term, I agree with this hypothesis that exercising larger muscle groups results in increased testosterone levels. I myself have experienced this increase. Gaining approximately 10 pounds of muscle in 2 and 1/2 months, while exercising legs, has shown progress. For significant testosterone increases, steriods and prohormones are an option. But for progressive gains in testoserone, exercise major body parts.
