I have a bit of a problem, my left pec is noticably bigger than my right. Also my ribcage seems to stick out a bit more on my left side (inner chest). My left pec just seems to have more muscle, it is easier to flex and seems to have more meat on it. As far as strength goes they seem to be fairly even (as far as i know). One more thing, I only have one stretch mark and it's on my left side where pec meets arm. Any advice would be much appreciated!!  ...and I'm right handed if that means anything?

alternate between barbell and dumbbell flat/incline/decline presses when you do chest.  If you do barbell for flat one week, do dumbbell the next ect.

I've noticed the samething with my bicepts. My right bicept is slightly bigger then my left one and the right one has more shape. I tried to do reps with my left one first too see how far it gets and then repeat same with right, so that the left one can catch up, but I don't see any improvement. Any suggestions? What about combining two together, for example, if doing flat bench press, then incline on the same workout day?
