i'm new here. i've only been lifting for about a little under a year now.  just working on everything.  i'm 17, and i'm 6'2.  critique away!

can't really see much of your arms bro, or shoulders.  looks  like you could work on your abs alittle bit.
 
but not bad for only training for less than a year.

how do you know he needs to work on his abs?  they are hidden under a layer of fat....

everyone has abdominal muscles.  to get them to show though.. you must reduce the BF that is covering them... and in his case, it looks to be somewhat high in the abdominal region.

so.. don't assume his abs are small, they might be real nice ones.  we have no way of knowing until he gets rid of some tummy fat.

Abit harsh... i think boomer was trying to be suttle and not call him fat.


Lift heavy and finish with a run or rowing maching mate.

Show us progress in a month or 2 time :)

i would definately try and lower your bf. after all man beach season is right around the corner.
