had a few drinks .. by few i mean champaign, red wine and a screwdriver .. but partying i guess got a lil out of hand and i felt my knee twist .. now i am limping around and could feel my knee giving or twisting some more when i try to walk on it ..

i dont know how bad the damage is but its not swollen so thats a good thing .. i did apply some ice on it but i dont think its necessary since its not swollen ..

any suggestions regarding my situation ?
