i say you wont lose any muscle either, but who cares what i say, it doesnt mean your not gonna lose muscle.  eat and train right and you wouldnt even need a diet pill.

also keep the intensity of your workouts high, that way you can limit muscle loss.
IM BACK AND BETTER THAN EVER!!!!!

If you would like to loose FAT and keep the muscle you have, a diet pill may not be the answer.  Diet pills unfortunately can have a catabolic effect on the muscles.  If you would like to loose fat and keep as much muscle as possible, do LIGHT to MODERATE cardio.  You should be on a treadmil, bike, or eliptical for at least 30 minutes a day.  Make sure your heart rate does not get up too high, you want to be doing a FAT BURN not cardiovascular conditioning.  For a 17 year old male, your target Heart rate should not pass 134 for fat loss.  For every year older than 17, subtract 2 from 134 to get your approximate target HR.  (ex. if you are 20, thats 20-17=3, 3x2=6, 134-6= 128.) Remeber that is just an approximated number, most treadmils, bikes, etc.... have a little chart on it telling you your fatburn and cardio HR's for your age.  If you get your heartrate too high, your body begins to breakdown muscle tissue to get adequate nutrients, this being the same thing that fat burners and thermos CAN  do.

I am almost 17. Right now im trying to cut. Do you mean HR at rest,or while im doing the cardio? I lift in the morning in my weights class every weekday. Then on a good day I come home and swim, then at night jog. On an okay day i get either swimming or jogging in. On a bad day I just lift. My jogs are only about a mile and when I get done lately I can catch my breath fairly quick. My swims are moderate, I dont have a large pool so I swim a couple laps till im out of breath then stop. My only problem is getting out and doing the cardio, cause i only did it twice this week
I also try to maintain a healthy diet. This last week i lost 2 pounds, of what ? Im not sure, i dont think muscle, hopefully fat.
If anyone has any sugestions on how I can "Burn the fat, Feed the muscle" it would be great.
