Craig Ballantyne's Turbulence Training... Smile

Craig has some good articles for the person who wants to get fit.  Not a big bodybuilder per se but if fitness is your goal, quick workouts using a variety of techniques, Craig is the man!

Here's an article he wrote on how he started his program called The Evolution of Cardio and he includes a Turbulence Training Example workout you can use to see if that type of program works for you.

I've yet to read his book so I can't make any more comments than what Craig can provide via his own writing at this time.

I have it. Excellent. I will try to post a more thorough review in the near future. That you can be part of an inner circle and have access to tens of plans is really nice.

My only caveat is that I've interacted with Craig via email (and his Crackberry), I don't know if he was distracted or what, but it was a frustrating exchange, only because he didn't seem to be reading with understanding my messages, or I failed to communicate my specific issue. So me or him or both! =8O

That's what it was!  Short sentences.  Must have been on an cell phone.

Well that does say he's in touch with his customers.

These paid member forums you see in the back for some products like Craig's do provide a level of access that is quite nice.
