all i have is tuna, ive been eatin a ton of it....i put some canola oil in a frying pan, let it sit, then threw in 2 cans of tuna, let it sit..threw some garlic powder in there with some bread crumbs...stirred it and let it sit for a while...pretty damn good...

Ive been catching alot of bluefish, no luck with the stripers right now...if you ever get a chance to eat it..alot of people dont like it cause its oily and fishy tasting, i marinated it in some oil and her and garlic spice for an hour then baked it for 25 minutes at 325.. man that was good..if you fish or buy it, try it out...simple and takes the fishy taste out of it, even though i like it, alot of people dont...

Another thing i do with tuna is throw in some onions some sorta greens pepper all diced up and two eggs. Throw it on the frying pan with some oils and it gets rid of the tuna taste...

canned tuna makes you lose hair because of the high mercury content when i told my cousin this he flipped because he is in college and eats tuna all the time because it is easy to make haha(take it out of the can) he was wondering why his hair was on his pillow every morning
