tuna stuff i made up

last night i was cooking my meals for the rest of the week and i wanted something to spice up the tuna.... i took one can of tuna (drained of course). put a bunch of Texas Pete hot sauce on it. Mixed it up with a cup of brown rice and a cup of peas. I had never had this or heard of this recipe before but upon the first tasting i could only come to one conclusion..... its deeelish! edit: all you have to do is put the ingredeints in some gladware, tupperware, etc.... and shake it all up... makes a decent filling meal!

After i read the title, i was expecting some sort of stand up esque routine haha - i eat something similar, with a bit of cheese  i know i know
