tuna and egg beaters!

ok, this may sound kind of sick at first or maybe odd...but its really good for u and really tasty. First, take 2 cups(or whatever u want to suffice for ur appetite) of egg beaters and pour it into a bowl, put half teaspoon chili powder, small amount of red peppers, and a full can of albacore tuna in the mix. Microwave for 3 minutes take it out and it might be pretty chunky because u made it outta the microwave. But put it on a plate and add some low cal salsa...and waaalaaa u have a easy to make time saving good for u meal. only 250 cals(using to cups egg beaters)

Tuna with low fat mayo, eggs, onion, sweet pickles, a little mustard, Mild chilli sauce(red rooster sauce), sprinkled with wasabe.......Holy Snaps!!!!
