try doing maybe 30 minutes of cardio in the morning before you eat anything. that helped me boost my fat loss, i have already gone from 219 to 215. in just a week. and other things that have helped is not eating after a certain time at night, usually try to go for a time that is like 3-4 hours before you go to sleep.

basiclly it's like this bro, a simple equation: if you're burning more calories then you're taking in, then you'll lose weight. your body is going to naturally adapt to what you're doing to it. with that being said, change up what you do, increase the intensity. The sports you are doing is great but you definitly need to increase the intensity if you wanna see results. Eating 5-6 small meals per day every two hours. This will bring up your metabolism. The portions sizes should be about the size of your fist. HIt me up if you need anythings else!! good luck
