trying to eat 2000 cal and not yak.

I know, some of you eat 3000 cal. I starting a clean bulk and I have bumped up from 1800 cal to 2000 cal. Im 5'2" and 136lbs right now. Since ive been cutting from 205 over the past several years the time has come to stop, regroup and go for a slow clean bulk and see how it works on me. Trouble is, Ive eaten cerials, PB, wheat bread, chicken, center cut pork chop, green beans, onion, brocilie, rice, salmon, grits, olive oil and im still 200 cal shy of 2000 and I do not want to stuff any more food in my mouth. I did not want to eat any dinner. Im also trying to get macros of 25 to 30% Protein, 25 to 30% fats and the rest carbs. I am shying away from drinking a protein drink since that will shoot my protein too high. Maybe I need a weight or mass gain protein drink that includes a hefty dose of carbs. I also am worried about my fats going beyond 30% as they will do if I hit the PB again. Can someone offer advice with this issue?

Well dude, you are 136, so you eat like a 136 pound body builder. 2000 calories isn't that easy. That's understandable, but to gain mass you will just have to put down the meals. As for me, I get 2,000 in the first meal and I am 180. Once you force feed, you get used to it. I force fed late in my junior year and it helped "get the wheels turning" I'm talking about 6 pieces of french toast, peanutbutter, 2 glasses of milk, cereal with more milk, and a few more scrambled eggs. I had to get up 2 hours earlier that year. Haha, good times.

I take it your weight is pretty stable at 1800 calories a day. 200 calories is really not a lot, spread them out over the day and just try to add a few extra calories at each meal.

Without my usual routine of stuffing myself silly the night before, I woke up so hungry, I was nauseous. I slammed six egg whites and a huge bowl of oats for breakfast, and blew off my mid-morning "snack". Five hours later, I was nauseous again. I botched breakfast today, but even with that hiccup, I managed to stuff myself four more times (just got back from my favorite Italian eatery ten minutes ago), and I'm going to hit another omelet before bed! Hell yeah, it's work. But I freaking LOVE it. Definitely consider a gainer shake. They're designed to put you over the top when you can't stuff all that whole food down your throat.

I will be looking into a gainer for sure. In the meantime, I will just have to tough it out. Folks tried to tempt me with doughnuts at work today. I said not on your life. 1800 has held me where I am for several weeks. I have added more carbs to the diet and less protein drinks. Before, the 1800 was with at least 1 if not 2 protein shakes one with fruit, one without and even PB a little bit after. Fats ran 30 to 35% . On this new cycle, It has been all food except on WO days I get a Post whey shake with fruit. Im trying to keep the fats to less than 30% so I hold off on the extra PB.

I used to have to force feed myself to eat enough because I would be starving before my next meal cause at one point had no choice in timing of them. Now though I have such a large appetite that it really isn't a problem. Like people said at your weight a gainer probably wouldn't hurt, or include an additional meal to get the 200. Atleast I'm not the only one that gets so hungry when they wake up they feel like they will puke.
