So recently I took a clinical test and I scored high on triglycerides at 292 (limits shown in said test are 30 - 200 mg/dL). Question is, how much do I need to cut out on carbs (and what kinds of carbs, apart from sugar) in order to stabilize my triglycerides level? thanks in advance for your input!

This is down to sugar, processed fats, alcahol and some carbs. Reducing your consumption of any of these will help, aswell as doing aerobic/cardio exercise. Omega 3 fatty acids help reduce your Triglyceride levels, so eat eggs, fish, nuts, seeds. Starchy carbs are a main culprit of high levels, so reducing consumption of bread, rice, potatoes etc.
