wuz good,i've been liftin for a few months now for real and although im tall ,6'3 and only 170 lbs,i cant seem to get any triceps,well i got tthe triceps in the back of the arm but cant get the ones that you see the most the ones on the side(dont know the term) ne suggestions,because everyone seems to have em,i dont know if its just genetics or wut,neone got nethin?

You need to be eating more. Check out the top of the nutrition forum, find the calorie calculator post, and find out how many calories a day your body needs to gain muscle. Without the right diet in place, your body will have nothing to build nice triceps with.
As far as a tricep routine goes, you could try something like this-
 
Close grip bench press
Skull crushers
Tricep pressdowns
 
3 sets of each after a warmup, rest for two minutes between each set. Use an amount of weight that challenges you in the eight to ten rep range.
