Are tredmills good for cardio? i though about buying one
myself. walmart had some pretty good ones at a fair
price.i saw some prices that were priced way! out of the
ballpark for me.

Well if you are going to use it then it will be good.  The key to a successful cardio routine is one in which you can stick with.  Treadmills are used to allow you to "run" or walk or jog or whatever in a confined space.  If you do that then you will achieve the goal of cardio which is heart health, or weight loss.
