Well what are you attempting to accomplish?
Weight loss it is good, you rev up the metabolism in the morning, be active throughout the day doing your daily routine, then do another workout in the evening, the metabolism is juiced up.
Muscle gains, It may be catabolic if your workout is over 1 1/2 - 2 hours total. So do 30 min in morning and 30 min to 1 hour in evening or vice a versa.
Any other input here peeps?

How do people feel about working about twice a day. I try to go to the gym twice if a have time and if i feel i did not get a good work out in. Is there any harm in that?
