Hi everyone im new to this site, but it seems to be a good place to get input from other trainers. Im a 21 year old male who loves to train. My focus is primarly strenght but i dont let my bodyfat get out of hand. My lifts are bench 275 for 10 reps, squat 455 for 10 reps deads 495 for 6-8 reps. I weigh 257lbs and want to improve my strenght but have one problem. I work offshore on an oilrig now. I've been workin here for almost a year now. my gains havent stopped but are almost to that point. I have a small workout facility here but primarely machines that i can do a lot of reps on. And my work is hard and around 12hrs per day. If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Anything will help.
