Your goals and you available equipment are the minimum requirements for any of us to hook you up with some sort of routine.

STARTING STRENGTH! lulz, really just do heavy compounds 3 times a week (fullbody), add weight each workout and eat alot.
"No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training...what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable."

so you want us to do the work for you as far as designing something that works well with your bodytype / schedule / diet??? sorry guy.. but you already said you've read SS... so put in a little work and find out what works best for you. I don't mind answering questions, but there is no PERFECT routine that works the same for every individual. what works good for me.. MIGHT not work good for you.. and vice versa
My name is FOX.... and I approve this message.
