ok so i'm 15, i've been training a few months quite consistently, just generally training about 2-3 times a week without a set plan or routine though and i thought it's about time i set one up, was thinking about doing one myself but stuck for choice and i though it would be best to ask you guys if you could help me construct one. can train 4 days a week

Your goals and you available equipment are the minimum requirements for any of us to hook you up with some sort of routine.

i have available equipment as in olympic bench, squat rack, free weights chin up bar everything needed 
my goals not weight related cus i'm in the middle of a growth spurt haha, but i want to get biggger and stronger.

STARTING STRENGTH!

lulz, really just do heavy compounds 3 times a week (fullbody), add weight each workout and eat alot.

i know to do heavy compounds + i've read starting strength jus  need help with a training programme

so you want us to do the work for you as far as designing something that works well with your bodytype / schedule / diet???

sorry guy.. but you already said you've read SS...  so put in a little work and find out what works best for you.
I don't mind answering questions, but there is no PERFECT routine that works the same for every individual.  what works good for me.. MIGHT not work good for you.. and vice versa

i dont think your spread sheet will post here,  you need to make out a more clear schedule because this one doesnt make any sense lol.  i dont see your 1,2, and 3 numers either
