Yes, roids like masteron, or eq, Masteron will get you hard, EQ will get you vascular. But I would never recomend roids to anyone, just figure I'd share. There are things out there called nitrious oxide boosters for more vascularity, they are pointless, they actually have less of a point to them than the pencil I carry around specifically used for jabbing myself through the eye socket every time I see one of these stupid NO adds. If your genetics say you will have ripped muscle sepperations and huge pulsating veins, then you will, if god intended you look like a giant marshmellow... try out for the next ghostbuster movie...lol, its all genetics my friend, also your diet can help, eat all protein, little fat, and never drink, you'll see some veins poping out...lol, goodluck bro.

it takes some time, I started in sept of 2003 so I am still a newbie, yet considered a guru by many lol!!! But when I started I had very veins showing. It took like 5 months so the veins on my right forearm to pop out during my workout. Now my veins pop out during the fay usually. Things to help would be a clean diet with low to moderate amounts of carbs, lots of protein, low fat, maybe either NO it worked for me goalkeeper, 5 Alpha Andro ex Gangsta Test, EQ, try some VPX(represent Smile) PHs.

First off, Phreakbr666, come on now...lol, dont send this guy into a store to buy obviously over priced items, hell even if they work, they are still too expensive, I know where I can get vials of Deca for $8 a pop, sure its not legal, but still..lol. I guess NO works for some people, everyone that I know who tried it said it didnt work, and it didnt work for me, I tried NO2, and Nitrix....nothing. And I;ve read scientific studies that said they showed almost no difference when placed against a placebo, but if you said it worked for you, who am I to say it didnt.

And Poncho, sprinting exerts a lot of blood throughout your body at one time because your putting a lot of energy into a ball, and letting it all out at once, theres not much endurance unles its constant sprinting, but nevertheless, veins will always pop out when you do any kind of strenous activitys, but they arent like permanent, they wont be there the next day when you wake up like they were when you were sprinting, you want that continious pump, just lift alot and eat right bro.
