what is the best supplements to take for a sprinter? i dont want to get alot bigger im already between 185 and 190. i just want to get something to help me me peek at the end of the season. i was thinking of starting a stack in mid april so that i would be good for end of may. any help i would appreciate.

I'm not sure what to tell you.  Your probably not lifting too heavy right now right?  With the end of indoor and starting outdoor?
 
For the off season, I like to take fast twitch by CytoSport and muscle milk.

11.3 and 23. i kinda i never really took track too seriously though thats why i want to step it up this year. i was thinking about fasttwitch where can i get it cheap at?

I'm also curious to know about the supplements.  I was going to take Cytogainer before bed so i do not lose any muscle mass like last season, and Xceed after my workouts due to the great reults i've had with it.

Body Weight: 180-185
BF %: 8 %
Incline Barbell: 195 x 8
Squat: 295 x 8, ass to ground
Shoulder Press: 175 x 8
Barbell Row: 195 x 8
Skullcrushers: 105 x 10
(All lifts are on 3rd set)

dpsnutrition.com is where i get my stuff.  cheap and fast.
 
i wouldn't bulk up or lift heavy right now..wait till the end of August thru the first few weeks of December..if you have an indoor season, if not continue thru mid February.
 
When I ran in college.  We lifted M,W,F during the fall.  And either M,W or T,H during this season...significantly less weight and reps.
