torn tricep rehab

Ok, I tore my tricep playin freakin hockey back in 2001, i couldn't believe it. anyway, i had surgery 8 months later to repair it, but now it looks totally different from the other one, like it sits up higher, anyone know how i can get my shape back? its probably gonna stay that way! sounds like they re attatched it in a slightly different spot then it was originally.

ya man, i broke my arm a long time ago and the nurse (who was new) put on my cast weird, So afterwards when it was taken off my arm looked different and it still does lol
