Explain how a NO supp limits your time at the gym? Whenever I take a NO pre-workout supp I seem to never have enough time in the gym. I have to force myself to stop because I could be in there for hours.

the pump can be reached by getting maximum bloodflow to the muscle. this can be achieved by high reps. nitric oxide enhances / speeds this reaction up by dilating the blood vessels. when the pipes are open wider b/c of the N.O. ... of COURSE it's going to be a tad bit easier getting a "pump". that's all it is though. sadly.. it does not last. looks pretty cool though, i have to admit that. i would venture to say that when my biceps are pumped they are close to 18 inches on a VERY good day

NO pre-workout is all for show unfortuently. All it does is as Fox said, open the the vessels to more oxygena dn bloodflow making the muscle tissue expand farther for a short period of time. Hence, the pump. -However, if you supplement NO at night prior to sleep; it causes muscle tissue repair, soft tissue repair through the increase bloodflow and increase deliverance of nurients to torn, stretched, injured tissues that are in need of assistance. I know when I'm injured I take L-Arginine, which would be about...now. You can take it while lifting too, Danmirage posted a clinical study that proved NO supplemented prior to sleep increases natural gh production. You guys wanna be big, stick to creatine/whey for pre/post workout, and save the NO for the night.
Current Supplements: Multi-Vitamin, Glucosamine/Chondrotin, Vitamin C Current Cycle: Stength "Run to live, and live to run."

I have to force myself to stop because I could be in there for hours. I know what you mean energy wise. Im talking Pump wise. if your arms are TOO pumped to finish your workout (which has happened to me alot when i had superpump) then something is wrong. dont get me wrong, i LOOOVE superpump but sometimes its like "GODDAMNIT MY ARMS ARE TOO PUMPED" and that can be a bad thing growing wise. PearlJammer says it all; NO pre-workouts almost diminish muscle growth according to Dan Whittaker. But, do whatever makes you happy. DANIEL265: Yeah dude, i know abou the energy. Yeah load that 3 scoops with 3290032mg of caffeine gimme a break! (not you, the companies). Hell, drink a cup of coffee, its pretty much the same thing. Yeah, i know this thread is a waste LOL but fxck it, so is every other post in this forum nowadays.

WTF??? I use my N0 for energy. I love NO. I wreck on it haha. Buddy, NO does not limit your workout, check yourself before you bash NO and wreck yourself. I can be in the gym forever when I take my preworkout every other week, I love those days. N.O. just opens up vessels... and if anything, it should make you more relaxed. when the vessels dilate and open up, that can cause a decrease in blood pressure.. which is why i say that you should be more relaxed.

O yeah, of course, I was just refraining to my N0 supplement in general. I know it is the arginine and caffeine.

I need my NO product wether it works or not. It gives the idea mentally that it is working, so placebo effect or not I have to use it. It also helps for my 6 AM workouts, definately wakes me up and gets me into the gym.

I was thinking of taking some sort of NO product as well. I thought it was for pumps but I've heard people say it gives them energy. Can ya'll that have taken it tell me exactly what it's suppose to do? And tell me some of the products that actually work?

Do you ever feel a little sluggish going to the gym, Pre-workout NO supplements take away that and get you amped the f**k up. Black Powder-This is what I am taking, works great. I am going to be trying superpump next.
