I was wondering, if on one of my workout days, i'm feeling tired. Is it better to just do a light basic workout to hold tone or should i just wait a few days and do the high intesity workout later? Also, I've heard several people say it's actually better to workout on days you are feeling ill and then some say not to. The ones who say it is better to feel it gets your blood flowing and opens up your air enterances. However, the people who said they disagreed told me that working out may hinder a speedy recovery. I was just wondering which one is actually true?

if your sick, then take the day off, working out will push your body limits to were it cant handle it and you might get even more ill. The opening air entrances they are telling you about does open up if you have a flu but that happens when you do any kind of exercise like running or EVEN sometimes standing up not just working out. If your just tired, you can go ahead and workout if you have the strength to go on and if you feel like you can do it. Most of the time when Im feeling tired, working out wakes me up and gives me energy because the reason of feeling tired was from not moving much all day long.
