Well, diet is important, so if you want to gain, you should focus on it. How do you know if you're getting 5000 calories if you're not tracking your diet? How do you know you're getting the right calories? You might be surprised how few calories you're actually getting if you actually bother to track it. That also doesn't sound like a complete routine. When you say "auxilary on the legs", what do you mean? Are you doing squats? Are you doing deadlifts? What are you doing for your back? You have muscles other than your chest and biceps - what are you doing for them? Read this thread on gaining mass.

As far as diet, start with that thread. Legs matter very much. Heavy leg exercises like squats and deadlifts increase muscle growth everywhere. Also, you're still only 15, so it may just be that you've got a lot of growing to do still before you start to fill out, so don't get discouraged. Once you've got a complete, structured routine and a proper diet, I expect you'll start seeing some gains.

I feel your pain there. I'm 16 6' 170 pounds. Cardio has always been my thing, but I'm trying to bring over my hard work from there and put it into the weightroom. But I think the above poster is right, you need to start lifting seriously all your muscle groups if you wanna put some weight on those bones

why would you ever want to have 5000 calories a day??you could just bulk up and you would already be pretty cut you could basicly skip a step to getting ripped.

With a bench of 200, you could be putting up 160-165 8 times.
