Something else to keep in mind is the body works as a whole.. no point in working the chest 3X's weekly and not working othe other muscles... try doing an upper lower split or 3 day full body.. work everything evently and you'll get better overall results on your pecs.. Pecs are not build on bench alone.. lats, delts, tri's and almost every other upper body muscle aid the develpment of each other.. where there's a weak link in one.. there will usally be a weak link in another.. balance is key..
