This is what I do every monday jsut a generalization of what I do (i have more throughout the week) jsut an example:

Monday
2 Miles in 14-15mins
Upper Abs Crunches 3 sets 20 reps each set
Leg Lifts 3 sets 20 reps each set
Inverse Sit Ups 3 sets 20 reps each set
Chest Bench Press 1 set 15 reps each set
Chest Bench Press 3 sets  12 reps each set
Incline Press  3 sets 12 reps each set
Machine Flys 3 sets 12 reps each set
Triceps Triceps Pushdowns 3 sets 12 reps each set
Dips 3 sets 10 reps each set
Stretch 10 secs on pull up bar
Stretch 10 secs on pull down bar
Do upper lift 4 times
Swim 30 mins:
Butterfly 1 lap
Regular swim 1 lap
Regular swim 1 lap around pool
Water running 1 lap
Row 1 lap
Underwater swim 1 lap

I don't think I've ever seen a more mixed up and body injuring routine. ever.

how is it body injuring though? I do the swimming and running and crunches etc.. every day for the cardio... (abs)

Also it is painful but I am seeing results. I am into a month and a half. I lost about 15 pounds in this time. I am taking half protein bar (because of taste) and 1 muscle milk shake per day I work out.
