Howdy, i'm new here and i need some advice.
I've been body building for about a year, and have made some major gains. I'm 5'8" and 125 pounds. I've always had good abs, but I have a fear of them becoming "gross" and losing the tightness. So i've been doing about 500 or so crunches a day, and i'm not seeing ANY results and I don't feel burning or soreness, can someone give me advice on something better to do? (that takes too much time out of my day obviously) I want to feel more burn and soreness, and also i want them to stick out. Abs are the only muscle group I have a problem with.
