i have a weight lifting class i hit curls for as many sets of 8 reps as i can, and the i hit the bench 3 sets 8 reps 135 and add as many as i can... hit weighted dips, and auxilary on the legs.
no cardio at all and my diet i dont really focus much on.
boy you need to start lifting serious... hitting curls for as many sets of 8 as you can is nothing but BAD... you have to train legs and back heavy to see gains overall, follow a basic routine, start from there
Monday (chest/shoulders/triceps)
bench press 3x10
incline bech press 4x10
dips 3x10
arnold presses 4x10
front lateral raises 2x10
side lateral raises 3x10
rope pulldowns 4x10
standing skull crushers 3x10
Wednesday (legs)
3-5min warmup in treadmill light-moderate intensity
Squats 4x10
walking lunges 4x20 (10 each leg)
leg extensions 2x10
stiff-legged deadlifts (SLDL) 4x10
leg curls 4x10
Friday (back/biceps/traps)
Pullups 3x10
bent over bb rows 4x10
seated cable rows 3x10
seated incline curls 3x10
preacher curls 2x10
BB shrugs 4x10
That's a basic yet effective routine, you don't need 100 sets for the biceps to grow, they'r a VERY small muscle
Have someone teach you how to do a proper SLDL and start light until your learn how to do them perfectly
