this thread has been going on for 7 months lets try and let it die lol.but yah thats pretty amazing but then again it all depends on your build some people could have 1% BF and not be able to bench 200 at 120.

it was just an example i know you couldnt really have 1% BF .

reminds me of how the whole wrestling team thinks they're 3%bf because they use the electric scale way to test it

Yea i never believed him but he seemed adamant upon it being the truth and I really don't care about bodyfat %. Not suprised to hear it's a lie.

I am calling this kids bluff.  world record for bench press at 14-15 year old is 132lbs is 187.

Gosh you are strong for your size, WOW. You must have a high metabolism, your body burns every little microgram of fat you have without any effort. I am very similar to you. Maybe we are just still growing cause i am only 13 and you are only 15, i guess when we get older it will fix problem :)
