so i heard from a lot of people telling me to eat 1g protein per pound bodyweight. right now im taking in 100-150g more than my weight. my question is should i replace this with carbs since itll probably get converted to glucose and i will save more money since carbs is much cheaper than protein. im bulking btw. does the number change when your bulking/cutting? thanks in advance

I can say typical is 1.5g per body weight which is acceptable. 1g is not enough in my honest opinion. Bulking with carbs is excellent as well and you can still take protein but replacing it with carbs (replace the EXTRA protein) is not a bad idea but if you are looking for muscle this would be a hard decision depending on your body

To bulk, I would not go over 1.3g by lbs of bodyweight. Make sure to carb enough to keep the diet going. By gaining weight, you'll anyways increase the protein intake. So don't exceed protein and bulk...you'll gain mass and muscle at the same time.
