well im tired of being bulky , ive been bulking just about 2 years now since ive started... that being said i still want to be bigger... i have no shoulders , they are weak and pethedic and un perportionate to the rest which has grown on my body.... my 2 years of bulky have been very very dirty ... constant bugers and pops...... im surprised im not fat... im doing , well i usually do a 5 day split , im not going everyday , i know i know i kn ow , its too much but the last two weeks ive been asked by some natural lifters so join in ... and since its a change from what ive been doing 2 years im giving it a chance , altho my rotator cuffs are basd and seemingly worse , anyway , we do legs/ abs chest /bis back/tris shoulders rinse repeat 7 days a week they do like a million exercises, well more like 5-6 per muscle and usually the first one they do this thing called "twelves " they picked up fromt he trainer , suppost to build strength/endurence its 12 sets of 6 reps 45sec-1 min rest . usually do that for the first ex on back , shoulders or chest. i know everything ive read says its way too mcuh , it works for them , however they are athletes..... and believe in , no such thing as over training , only under eating , and i do under eat...... i believe i could keep up if it werent for my shoulders , that wont seem to heal , or benifit from r.c exercises. in other words , my whole body sucks... pretty much all stabilizers are weak naturally. anyway this is about cardio... i wanna see my abs.. ive cut out teh fast food , which i pretty much lived off... the pop...too which i lvied off... like i said the amount of sugar and carbs i consume... its pretty much all i consume ... so starting now , today , after 2 years of procastinating.... time to shut the f#$% up and do it.... anyway , i wanna do carido , for my endurence and to cutt the fat.. but still want to grow.. i know u cant really do both at the same time , but im over 10% bf... so i heard u can still gain muscle cuz itll burn the excess fat....... god i ramble on way too much and get off topic.. so here it is im gunna stick to this routine with guys abit longer but wanna start cardio , i have none , i cant even jog a mile... well i probably could but puke... i wanna do HIIT cuz its apprerntly the best and fastest for endurence and fat burning..... i really wanna be toned... so how many day a week can or should i do this cardio.... and i am planning on doing 3 day full body soon.... and i really need help with shoulders.. R.Cs are ****ed... god im sorry i ramble guys , must be frustrating , so... i wanna start to burn the fat... dont wanna lose muscle , need to tone , help!!!! my stats age:22 height 5'11-6feet weight , started 145lbs -now 185lbs+ max bench - 185lbs 3 reps unspotted problem areas - id say everything!!! but 99% shoulders.. because of bad r.c .. and lack of any size... my bis and tris are big , so my arms look fat , a big shoulder would just make things right! HELP!if anyones confused ..cuz i yapped too much , just ask!

well to start, get off that 7 day a week routine. Besides the fact that you need rest, it seems that doing 12 sets of 6 and 5 different exercises is overkill. Plus it doesnt make any sense to do chest/bi and then the next day hit the back which needs the biceps to be fresh for a majority of exercises. For HIIT, start off doing 3-4 days a week and do it upon wakeing up in the morning or immediately post workout. I can't really help you with the R.C. issue but i have seen a few threads about rotator injuries, you might be able to find them with the search bar. I highly suggest you get off of the current routine and doing one of the routines here.... Click here diet is the key, figure out your maintance calories and subtract that by about 500 to begin and adjust from there. click here for help on calculating your calorie needs

what if im not trying to lose weight , well i am i mean , i want to cut the fat ... but im like 185-190 and not cut , i wanna be like 190-200 cut... so i still wanna bulk but alot cleaner like zero sugary drink , maybe juice in the morning or afternoon once ... but no junk... , all water , chicken breast.. anyway... should i still eat 500 less then maitinence for that? , i just wanna be more cut , so was ggunna try this circuit thing 3 days a week with 2-3 days of hiit training in between dunno if theres any ufc fans but wehen rich franklin was middle weight champthey did an all access show on him and he did this crazy routine 3 days a week... for endurence and strength.. it was like 15 exercises , hitting every part of the body , he would do 10 sets of 10 reps and have to run from machien to machine no rest. i dont have cardio like that but wanted to try , i was told by many not to both running cuz ill lose muscle , and just do high reps and sets no-minor rest and clean up the diet and ill get cut... so i was gunna do this , start off with 2 routines... "A" and "B" monday - A tuesday- HIIT WEd- B Thursday- HIIt friday-A sat-off sun-off and each routine i would do like one exercise per muscle... in rich franklins thing he only used machines i was thinking of like LEG PRESS LAT PULL DOWN BENCH PRESS CURLS LEG EXTENSION TRI PUSH DOWN CALF RAISE SHOULDER PRESS AND RUN THREW IT LIKE 3-5 TIMES TO START TO SEE HOW I AM AND BUILD IT UP.. TO LIKE 5-10 TIMES.. NO REST.... AND DO ABS ON RUNNING DAYS. THEN FOR "B" I WOULD JUST DO OTHER EXERCISES FOR THE SAME MUSCLES.. MAYBE DIFFERENT ORDERS TOO , AND STICK TO THE 15 REP RANGE. FOR A FEW WEEKS AND MAYBE ALTERNATE BETWEEN A FEW WEEKS WITH 15 REPS , THEN A FEW WITH 10 REP RANGE... IM EXCITED.. I WANNA SEE MY ABS FOR SUMMER! FEEDBACK ON MY IDEA PLEASE!?
