Hay so i just need to see for myself if this thing is false or not... im not fat but ive gotten soft.
im going to try get more defined through so called toning style training... ill report back when i return from the gym after sessoin 1.

workout 1:  Current Stats : 66 kgs 5 ft 10

The workout wasnt as easy as i thought it would be.  i lowered the weight by 2 kg or 5 lbs compared to usual and was able to complete up to 17 reps. Space between exercises was 30 seconds and my heart felt like it was in my throat at one point.  The workout was tough but in a fitness way rather than '**** im going to drop this if i do one more' 

As for weight stats normally i lift 20kg dumbells and do 10 reps
now im doing 18kg and between 13-18 reps
 
Plan is to do this on m,w,fridays.
tuesdays and thursdays ill do arms and shoulders
+ run 20 minutes.

Routine: 1 set of dips - 20
            1 set of pull ups - 15
            3 sets - lower back 30
           3 sets lower abs - 30
            4 sets incline dumbells - 16,15,14,14 -did as many as i could given the weight
            4 sets back rows - 17,16,15,14, - again did as many as i could given the weight
            4 sets squats - 15,15,15,15
            20 mins bike -
eating between  2 - 3  hours.
diet  - muesli for breakfast with fruit
meal 2 - fruit and tuna
meal 3 - sandwich, whole grain bread,tuna,avocado, tomato
meal 4- fruit
meal 5 - protein shake, fruit and tuna
meal 6 - yet to come
meal 7 - fruit

yeah but the number of times i keep hearing it is getting to me.  Figure ill give it ago since i ve been in a rut for the last 2 months anyway.

today

shoulders 4 sets 14 - standing military presses
biceps 4 sets 15

muesli and fruit
pro shake
fruit and nuts
sandwich tuna,ham, tomato,avocado
fruit and nuts
fruit and tuna
rice and lean meat
