i just finished my old stack and im looking to buy so new goods and i had a question.... i wanted to get opti men and a zma product but i was reading an article and it says there a side affects when taking to much zinc so is it too much for me to use those products???

Daily dose for zinc: 11 to 20 mg.
DO NOT PASS 40mg a day.
These numbers include your food!!

yea the opti men has 30mg zinc and the now zma has 30mg so thats noo good

Pretty much any protein source will have a good zinc count.  This list is in order of highest zinc.
Meats and seafood
Dairy products
nuts and beans
grains

For Opti Men, some are taking 3 pills a day which for me is actually not good. Too much zinc has many adverse effects. RDA for zinc is 15mg per day (minimal), optimal intake is 30-50mg. I advise one supplement per day then just focus on eating foods that supply zinc.
