Wheyprotein + Creatine Supplement

hi i was wondering if there was a whey protein supplement that also had creatine in it? kind of like a 2 for 1 deal, i looked on the supplements101 site( which is very good , check it out) and i could only find a whey protein powder with a glutamine boost, i dont wanna spend $40 for a whey protein powder and then another $40 for a creatine supplement. I have read up on creatine and feel that it is the best thing for me now, so im not just going to buy it because i see other people doing it.
Aint nothing to It, but to do It. Age: 17 Height: 6'4-5 Mass: 238lbs Goal: 250lb Favorite Exercise: Squating w/ my belt

you also have to look at what is in the creatine supplement. I use San V12 Turbo, which has creatine, glutamine, and a bunch of other necessary stuff for muscles. If you were to buy creatine, glutamine, and arginine seperately, you'd probably come pretty close to the cost of the actual supp. Look on the net, better deals than GNC. Supps101 (forum co-sponsor) has a lot of good deals. PM me if you want some other sites. Supps101 doesn't carry San V12, but they carry some other alternatives. I also use ON 100% Whey Protein, Strawberry flavor. If you still want cheap, follow what Gun Ryo said

ORIGINAL: slayerboy I use San V12 Turbo, which has creatine, glutamine, and a bunch of other necessary stuff for muscles. Hey slayerboy, I just got that stuff off supplements101.com (they must carry it now). I don't think it has creatine in it though... I don't see creatine monohydrate or creatine citrate listed anywhere on it... Are you SURE it has Creatine? I don't want to be using my other creatine if it does. ******EDIT****** Oops, nevermind... I see now that is lists a Tricreatine of 4 grams. The one word thing threw me off and so I didn't notice it. I guess I answered my own question!

If you want things you haven't had before, you have to do things you haven't done before. Proactive - To act rather than react. To be driven by enduring values and principles rather than the winds of circumstance and change.

The one annoying thing I found (and it might be the type of water I have), is that not all of it gets dilluted right. Every once in a while I have to swoosh it around in the shaker a few times to move things around. I have the shaker completely filled with water, and I put a couple of ice cubes between the strainer and the cap. Good stuff!
