What activity were you doing when the cramp took place? How many times a week do you lift weights? Cardio? What's your diet like? Water intake?

What are drum bells and a fumbell. Do you mean dum bell? How much water through out the entire day? You're supposed to have 8 glasses/day for a normal person, for someone exercising and taking creatine it's higher. I usually take in around a gallon per day. If you're only taking in 3 "cups" and one bottle that's prbably the reason for the cramping.

Hey heyitzalan; Normally what could cause cramps you mentioned is the fact you need 1) to warm up properly before your workout and 2) hydration. I would suggest after a proper warm up period, keep a water bottle handy during your workout mixed with complex carbs and sip this mixture between sets throughout your workout. Also, throughout the day consume at least a gallon of water. Peace
