Why do I see most people talking about this supplement? Is it really the foundation of a good beginner' s stack? [image]local://upfiles/20/Ki18352.jpg[/image]

Its the most common PH used. It is not a stack. It is a very effective oral PH, and ergopharm is an excellent company.

If I was going to take a PH.. as a beginner.. and didn' t want to stack. Could I just cycle this product over 6 weeks by itself and probably notice some differences? Or I' ve seen this stacked with something called 4-AD?? Mainly curious to get my toe wet and go from there. Start off tiny.. notice a little gain. Then learn more about what stacking means and such. Or is this product not really something you just take by itself to be effective?

You can take it by itself. I have not used 1AD but have used 1-test products (1AD converts in the body to 1-test). Some people experience loss of libido and lethargy on 1AD and 1-test, and 4 AD is often used to counter this, thus a common stack. Also, you should prepare a proper w/o and nutrition plan for when you are on cycle and off cycle.

Some people experience loss of libido and lethargy on 1AD and 1-test, and 4 AD is often used to counter this, thus a common stack. I read the same thing somewhere.. People on 1-AD were taking some kind of 4-AD product (AST makes one I' m sure) to counter exactly what you said. Okay.. now I kinda understand stack. But prepare a proper w/o and nutrition plan for on cycle and off cycle? Huh? I basically eat and workout the same year round. I eat a lot and lift heavy. And maybe throw in cardio for a few months to shed some un-wanted fat. But why two separate plans? Thanks Zebrahead for posting.. I was curious as well. I' m new to PH stuff and was looking at that exact same product. Took the post right out of my typing hands.

Workout volume and/or frequency can typically be doubled, as your recovery is vastly improved. Nutrition: if you are looking for maximum gains, I' d recommend anywhere between 18-20 kcals per pound of bodyweight depending on your metabolism. If your are cutting, I' d recommend maintenance kcals, and you will lose BF. If you are looking for LEAN gains only, and don' t mind sacrificing a few pounds of LBM then 500 kcals over maintenance would be a good start.

Workout volume and/or frequency can typically be doubled, as your recovery is vastly improved. Gotcha. If you are looking for LEAN gains only, and don' t mind sacrificing a few pounds of LBM then 500 kcals over maintenance would be a good start. This is what I' m trying to do now. 500 over what I was eating before. Basically adding a piece of fruit (banana/apple) with my mid-morning and afternoon protein shake and then something at night.. has boosted my caloric intake a bit higher. I guess that is why each week I see (well mostly see) some kind of weight gain but don' t visually appear to be plumper? Plump.. hehe.. funny sounding word.

Anyone use or know someone who uses this? A friend of mine does and he got very huge and quick. I read up on it and it seems that it gives you great lean muscle gains with little to no side effects. Anyone know a lot about this, both results and other consequences? I' m understanding what this thread is about but I just want to know if anybody has used it and with what results? It might be a good one to try as a newbie and possibly stack with 4-AD. Just curious if anybody uses it now, has used it, or knows somebody who does/has and what they said. Thanks!
