Hello all, I have a bit of a special request and thought your experience could help me out. First of all, I'm a musician - and need to maintain my tiny embouchure (facial) muscles, and build them. So, body building on a micro scale. Now there is two things. I think I heard about training muscles for seperate goals: to be able to 'sprint' (so a lot of power for a short period of time) and to be able to endure, to have stamina. Is there a difference in way of training for these? I obviousely need the stamina way... but how, in general, do you train that? Another matter: food. So i understood from your fora that a proper balance in food with especcially rich sources for proteïne make your muscles grow faster. How are those grown muscles 'constructed'? Are they durable, do they last, and could I use that principle with my goal in mind? It is not really body building what you guys obviousely all do, I couldn't do that I'm to thin :-) But since I do need to be able to play with high pressure for a long long time, and am interested of improving this, I thought maybe one of you have some suggestions. I always think it's interesting to search for answers outside of my own world - who know's more about bodybuilding than a bodybuilder? Thanks a lot, M
