Figured i'd like to start one of these to track what i'm doing more for myself than anything.. Currently on a 5x5 workout routine, will post what I do as the days go on, workouts usually are on Mon, Wed, & Fri, with Tues and Thurs for agilities. Its all done in school and its the football routine, the second phase of the off-season, so yea. Will post my workout after im finished tomorrow

Felt like straight up **** today, but whatever, its so hard to workout in a school weight room, way too many people, and not enough time lol power clean 5x135 5x155 5x165 5X175 5X185 bench press 5x145 5x155 5x165 5x175 3x185 squat 5x225 5x245 5x255 5x275 5x255 lat pulldown 8x90 8x100 8x100 8x110 like I said, I would love to get more done, but with time and all I usually cant get more done than this, but i felt like i had a good workout, workin really hard to get 185 for 5 on bench, and tryin to get 295 for 5 on squats, will post how agil's went tmrw.

Good job on your cleans man. that is about where I was at the end of my sophomore year in high school. You should be able to put up 300 by senior year if you keep at it. All your numbers are pretty good for a sophomore. Keep up the good work man!

thanks guys, i was cleanin 235 at the end of last year, so im tryin to work up to that. Computer was on the fritz past couple of days so its back up, but heres my workout from Wednesday: hang clean 6x135 6x155 6x185 1x205 got messed up there, will try better next time wide grip bench 8x135 8x135 8x145 squat (light) 8x135 (warmup) 5x225 5x235 5x245 5x255 5x275 military press 5x95 5x115 5x115 5x135 5x145 pretty good workout, did some tricep work too and abs when I got home, looking forward to friday workout, i'll post that after im done on friday

I have to say, I had a really bad day confidence wise, my squat and power clean form is horrible, and it was just a horrible day but anyways bench 5x135 5x155 5x165 5x175 3x185 squat 5x225 5x245 5x255 5x265 5x275 I am very crooked on my squats, but to me I seem straight, I attempted to work on it but still to no avail, arg power clean 5x135 5x135 5x135 idk what the problem is, i tried doing more but i just couldnt, idk if its my form or what, just very disapointing lat pulldown 8x100 8x110 8x110 I did some rows and reverse curls too but whatever, bad day

yea i know, i was so close to 245 but i hang cleaned 235 like august of 08, but then football season comes and you lose all the muscle haha, i have a lot of stuff to work on though honestly, im not too happy of where im at right now

Yah football season sucks for weightlifting..I was able to maintain strength and muscle this year though, in highschool with 2 a days and starting in June it is alot more intense.

I didn't and I dropped about 10-15 lbs and it killed me, so im like a whole new person now, it sucks. and oh yea, 2 a days for 2 straight weeks suck, only have 1 day off, its horrible haha

Felt like I had a good day in the gym, way better improvement from Friday, so yea good. bench 5x135 5x155 5x165 5x175 3x185 (so close to gettin the 4th one) squat (light) 5x135(warmup) 5x225 5x235 5x245 5x255 5x265 military press (dumbbells) 5x40 5x45 5x45 5x45 5x45 5x50 bench (dumbbells) 845 8x55 8x55 8x45 went somethin like that lat pulldown 8x100 8x100 8x110 so, I felt like I had a good day today. I'm seeing improvements in my bench and hopefully adding the dumbbell bench press will help it raise also. Also doing abs later today, some weighted planks and crunches. Will post workout after wednesday

nah, its never on our workouts, I use to during the summer because I had more time in the weightroom, but its hard to do some things within the time limit, honestly I hate the weightroom, I wish I could just lift at home or at a gym

Had a really good day today, I think it was the best day in the weight room i've had since the beginning of the liftin season, went light on some stuff since we have to lift 2 days in a row due to school being closed yesterday Squat 5x135 5x205 5x225 5x275 5x275 bench 5x135 5x155 5x165 5x175 5x185 finally got 185 for 5, really felt nice to get that, relatively easy also hang clean 6x135 6x155 6x175 6x185 lat pulldowns 8x100 8x110 8x110 tried to do some dumbbell work, but whenever I try to lift the dumbbells i get this sharp pain in between my thumb and index finger, may have to get it checked out if the pain continues, but great day, feel really good about today, will post workout after tomorrows lifts

thanks, i was really excited when i got that because i havn't gotten it for 5 reps all year, so that shows strength gains for me.. Squats are probably my weakest point, so im workin at them hard

We wound up doing agilities yesterday and worked out today. Weightrooms closed tomorrow, so I might take 3 days rest or work out on Saturday, i'll probably take the extra rest. hang clean 6x135 6x155 6x175 6x185 wide grip bench 8x135 8x145 8x155 squat 5x225 5x245 5x265 5x275 5x295--new personal best, felt good getting that for once military press (dbs) 5x45 5x45 5x45 5x45 5x50 tricep pulldowns 8x60 8x55 8x55 good workout, good to get that on the squat, seen a lot of strength gains this week.

I try to get as low as possible, but sometimes I get yelled at for it haha, some people dont get low at all, I try to find a happy medium, I think I get pretty low

decided to workout today at my house, wasnt that pleased with the results couldnt do a lot here that I do at the gym, but I expected that, I did the best w what I had bench 5x145 5x155 5x165 5x175 4x185 1x205 squat 5x225 5x245 5x255 5x275 5x295 standing military press (barbell) 5x135 5x140 5x140 5x145 5x145 did some upright rows and a little power cleans without much success, decided just to end it here
