My DB bench sucks to..but yah I agree I noticed the same thing, that's crazy you can OH Press with 50's but flat bench with 55's

real good day today, good week overall, came back strong after my poor performance last friday bench 5x145 5x155 5x175 5x185 5x195 --got 4 by myself the last one I struggled with but I got it up with minimum help squat 5x225 5x245 5x265 5x275 5x295 military press (dbs) 5x50 5x50 5x50 5x50 5x50 lat pulldowns 8x110 8x120 8x120 also did some upright rows with the ez-bar with 50 lbs combined on each side for 3x8

From looking at your workouts your doing a pretty good job, but I would seriously consider adding more rear delt and back exercises otherwise your shoulders are going to roll over...

I understand do you workout at your school weight room, But i like these: Behind the neck press/bent over rows/Reverse Flys, Start with those ill give you more if you need them, You can check out my workouts i just started a journal

got sent home today from school, my left eye was killing me this morning, during homeroom i went down to the nurse and she sent me home. went to the doctors when I got home and he said he cant see any scratches or anything, but im out of school 'til Monday, so I might possibly lift at home tomorrow

so I did go to school today, but we ran so I had to lift at home. We did a mile indian run, pretty brutal, I need to get back in shape haha. But I attempted a bench max out. 10x105 5x135 3x150 1x170 1x185 1x215 0x225 & 220 happy? yea i'm very happy, my bench increased 40 lbs since I maxed out around the beginning of December after football season. There's much more room for improvement, but I'm content with where i'm at right now. Also went for a hang clean max, probably not the best idea, but I was hungry for more. hang clean (max-out) 6x135 4x155 1x175 1x185 0x215 1x215 (was really disappointed about the set before that, so I got real intense and threw it up) 1x220 0x225 ..one more attempt 0x225 :( didn't get it but I didnt even expect to get 215, so im very happy. I'm happy with both of my maxes, especially with clean, since I just benched. *wanted to max out in squat too, but my weight set only goes up to 300 lbs at home, so we'll have to wait until school for that one. Current Stats: 5"10 182 lbs Bench max: 215 Hang Clean max: 220

maxed out today at school in bench, first I did 215 got that easy, then I tried 220 and I got that, I was gonna go for 225 but decided against it, since I didnt think I had that great of an opportunity to get it. Maxing out in hang clean and squat also this week

If you did 225 for your first attempt you would've had it (: I feel like someone said earlier you could get 225 haha. But really nice job btw.

haha yea I know, I was thinking about it, but I just wanted to get a weight down first, but im happy with where im at right now, squat or hang clean tomorrow for max im gonna try 335 for squat and 225 for clean

did squats for reps today, they had 225 & 315, wasnt sure how many I could get on 315 since I never did it before, so I decided to do 225. Did it 25 times, felt like I could squeeze a few more out

Thanks man, I appreciate it. I was just at the doc's a week or so ago, so my weight is pretty accurate, im about 5"10 182 lbs. I can't wait until i'm a senior, i'll be so much stronger than I am right now

new routine started today, based on a 5x3 you could say, also they added some deadlifts on the 3rd day so i'm pretty pumped to do that bench press 3x185 3x185 3x185 3x185 3x185 probably gonna move this up next time, was relatively easy squat 3x295 3x295 3x295 3x295 3x295 need to warm up next time lat pulldowns 8x110 8x120 8x120 hang clean 6x135 (warmup) 3x195 3x195 3x195 3x195 3x195 thats all I was able to get done, there were about 2 people left in the weightroom and we all left at the same time, would of loved to do more, but just didnt have the time today.
