What kind of workout do you do ... and do you calorie count or is that pretty easy to maintain without paying too much attention to nutrition

Im still trying to lean up more actually.  I would like a few more pounds of muscle but Im not real concerned with it right now.  I probably wont do a real bulk again until college.

As for calories Ive never counted before.  I have a good idea of how my macros should be though and I dont ever cheat.

Looking great Stone, look bigger, how much have you put on? I saw your mid bulk pics where you'd put a bit of fat on, how long did it take to shed?

It looked like a put on alot more fat than I did.  It was almost all water, I lost it within ten days.  Ive probably only lost a pound or two of fat.

I dont think I put on much as the bulk was short.  Probably about 5 pounds.  I look bigger though because alot of it went to my arms and shoulders which were lacking.

My training always changes.  My first year I did alot of power/strength type lifting and lately Ive been doing more bodybuilding higher rep work, though Im beginning to focus alot more on the olympic lifts lately. One of my favorite routines Ive done is a push/pull/off deal.

I havnt maxed out since last summer when my numbers in bench, squat, and deadlift were 295, 325, and 415 respectively.  They would be a tad lower now that Ive been cutting.

Lookin good man! Like myself, your traps look to be your weakness.  I've just started focusing in on mine and working them directly.

My pictures never show my traps well.  My friends say my traps are my strong point.  Im gonna have to start taking a most musculart shot so I dont always get tha lagging trap comment lol.

Yeap, pictures are decieving.

In my physique pics that I posted I think my chest looks small, when really its the broadest more developed part of my body.

Do you do much upper chest? One of my goals w/ chest was always to cover up the collar bone where u can't see the bone.

Traps middle and lower back. Your bis seem pretty narrow too. I'd say traps/neck and work on back thickness (note: not lat width) and bi thickness.

How do I work back thickness?  I know tha traps extend down the middle back so I should I just be hitting those harder?

Wouldnt I hit those with shrugs?

I usually work harder on back vertically than horizontally.  I guess I should change that.
