BUMP. Sorry, but if you're gonna bring an avatar like that, 'Stone, it had to be done. Jeziz AYCH, man! You're a BEAST! How much of a change is that since you posted this CMP thread? Oh yeah, and BTW, if anyone asked me to stand around shirtless in front of an A&F store, I'd do it in a heartbeat. Homoerotic murals or not, I've seen the kind of trim that walks in that joint Alas, I am an old fart tho, and I'm pretty sure they don't hire crusty ecto's.

lol idk ill check my journal....... minutes later Im not really sure of measurements back then but it was around february and since then Ive just been getting more into it and doing intense fullbody stuff all of the time and really working and just getting more and more reps or higher weight in everything. Alot of it was through DC style training for the upper body (which I feel is the best thing anyone can do right now), and alot of heavy low rep squats, deads, and front squats. My main focus has shifted though from mostly bodybuilding to the middle ground between bodybuilding and powerlifting and olympic lifting. I seem to know so much more than I ever have before about dieting and different types of training that I feel like i can tell whats going on in every aspect of my body. I cant explain how much it helps in training and dieting to know and understand why everything that happens in your body happens and how your choices effect it, and not just to have a base understanding from what more knowledgeable people tell you. That is why I think Ive made so much progress.

I didn't think there was much difference from your avatar but looking back at the starting pics in february I really see it, nice job man. How old are you now? And did you actually do DC or just put parts of it into your routine?

I don't think anyone can say anything negative about your physique. Great job. DC is something I want to get around to eventually.
