this is what I drink before bed...

1/2 cup milk: 65 cal, 7g carbs, 6g protein 3/4 cup cottage cheese: 150 cal, 9g carbs, 20g protein 1/2 cup frozen strawberries: 25 cal, 6.5g carb 1/2 banana: 60 cal, 17.5 carb, (not 100% accurate  ) Its 300 total calories, 27 protein, 40 carbs. It tastes awesome but the carbs are almost all sugar... Is this bad to have right before bed?

The cottage cheese is good for you. Have you thought of grapes instead of strawberries? They cheaper, have more taste and are just as good. If you wanted to cut the cottage cheese and get some more nut based protein you got go for a couple of teaspoons of Nutella. I'm starting to replace all my receipes that use peanut butter with this because it has less calories yet just as much protein.
