hi i'm a 31yr old married man and father of a 4yr old boy, i've been lifting since i was 13. i'm going to start the max-ot workout program and was wondering how others have made out. i'm 5'8" and weigh 220. i'm pretty fat i have a 39 in waist . I'm trying to loss that while getting bigger and stronger. I currently bench press 375 for a set of 3. longer for 400plus and larger arms, they currently measure 18. good luck to everyone in achieving goals and keep pumping.

Max-OT was and is, an awesome routine. While I've not done it in a while since I'm trying out other programs, I still got great gains from it. Not only in size but overall strength as well. It was short, intense and very difficult but well worth it. Good luck on your quest. You'll not only find great into here at DB but a ton of support from many regular members.

I just read the High Intensity Training book and it seems to me that MAx-OT and HIT work off of the same principals. If not what am I overlooking? My next phase was going to be the HIT program so what's the difference between Max-OT and HIT?

I just use my ass, it's heavy enough as it is. Paul
