Another better body than mine.  :(
Lookin' good, man.  Quads look awesome.  That's what I want so I always focus on those.
Don't know why no one else has commented.  Perhaps they're as envious as I am!  ;)
Good workin' out!

Good job. That tat is ballin'.

I can see where you and I have similar gyno. My nipples look like that, minus the piercings.

Looking good man, great progress!

But in your first post in 08, it says you are 5'11" and in your recent post it says you're 5'9" lol, not that it matters though.

i used to think i was taller. someone told me i was like 5'10"-5'11" but i got measured since and i'm like 5'9-1/2". sorta sucks to find out you're shorter than you thought. :-/

anything i should work on or should i just keep slowly putting on size?

Keep doing what youre doing, you managed to add muscle and surely strength without adding fat.  Whatever you did, youre doing it right.

what can i do to look more impressive from the front? i try to hit my lats as much as i can, but no matter what i just look like a block from the front with no V. and my abs seem to be where i carry most of my fat, i figure i'm right around 10% right now and they just hide like hell. i don't really want to cut though since i'm still fairly small and would look really bad if i cut.
