Run a search. There have been several theads on this book. Brihead(301?) is that books biggest champion, although many others with a full range of expertice are also hearalding the book a full of sound well thought out programs. Everyone likes it it seems. I've read it I'm doing it right now, I've started with the fat loss 1, although I did do a round of hypertrophy 1 as well, I really like it. Fat loss 1 is the hardest program I have ever done (2 years of lifting so far). The way it supersets unrealated exercises, even with rest has really f***ed me all up. 3 full body routines a week is no joke!

It's just a book preview.. it's there to give you an idea of what's in it.
