hello im just wondering if some of you serious builders that may have taken testostorone boosters can gimme some of the pros and cons and maybe suggest a particular brand to take ive been lifting for about 3 months , noticed a small change , i am eager to get bigger but i dont want to risk my health after all that is half the reason i began lifting in the first place. however the other reason is obviously gaining mass. i stand now 10 pounds heavier then when i started , god only knows how much is muscle and how much is fat 5'11 155 body fat unknown i read an article today on Bodybuilding.com on the suppliments to take for gaining mass there was some i havent heard of but , the ones im interested in are obvioulsy glutamine protein creatine multi vitamins testostorone and growth hormones. im buying xiyence x-gainer which contains the glutamine protein and creatine , and GNC muscle mass multi vit's but what about test.? should i be taking it , i dont want to hurt my body i know it is hard on the kidneys and liver , but i was also told it depends on what brand i go with , aswell as i dont want hair growing out of wierd places my q's are , is this a product i should seek? is it safe? if so is it safe to take with creatine glutamine ect.? whats the best safest product? and ive also read that its just like steroids and being that roids can cause heart attack and im high strung and eat alotta crap hahaha id say i would be worried about dropping dead and i dont want that , so any info you guys got would be appriciated , thanks for taking the time to read this

It won't do any harm to you, however numerous studies have shown that although it does boost your testosterone, it doesn't increase it enough to the extent that it'll help you build muscle or lose fat. So basically in my opinion, don't bother buying it, but of course there won't be any harm in trying.

ive been lifting for about 3 months I'd stop focusing on the minutia of test boosters, growth hormones (which in a dietary supplement form are worthless) and take a BIG step back and look at your nutrition and training. After 3 months you should be experiencing some significant changes to your body. Supplements at this stage won't do much good other than to confuse you from the REAL goal.. Which is to lift, eat correctly, rest and repeat. I know it sounds lame but in my 17+ years of training I started out with a weight set in my room and after less than 3 months started focusing on supplements. I didn't make JACK for gains for years until I finally drilled the concepts thru my skull that EATING real foods was key and doing some serious work in the gym made the differences. At that point... dabbling in supplements for a performance gain made slight but significant differences. In only 3 months and not knowing how much of the 10 pounds if muscle, fat or water.. that's a very CLEAR sign that you aren't ready to move into testosterone boosters (which again are up for debate) and any other supplements. When you are... you'll want to consider better research options as well for reviewing and determing where to spend your hard earned money. Have you downloaded the 19 Tips for Muscle Building that you should have seen in the DB Welcome note?

no i have not but i will its just soo hard for me to eat properly! i try and itry but always with the junk well ive had enough , no point in half assing anything im stocking up on nothing but the healthy stuff , if theres no junk around i cant eat it! being that it is 3 months , i mean how much of a change should i really see , i do see some but nothing like humungus , most ppl say 6 months , and being that these three months were trial and error and i kept re-arranging routines to get the right one , i feel im doing ok , i hate it when i for example feel sore in my shoulder after doing lets say a chest ex , makes me feel like i have the wrong form , and stuff for my back like low row i only feel in my biceps... i can tell for the first year this is gunna be so damn hard to get down... but i wont quit!
