test formula

i was wondering if i should increase test with supplements with zinc,tribulus terrestris,tongkat ali,acetyl-l-carbinol
i am 17 these are supplements i will me buying and using but was wondering if there is any dangers with me using them and i can upload the recipe but its in ebook form and im not sure how any help would be appreciated if you wanted

to be honest, i'd say you don't need it, not at 17 years old.
your body is still maturing and producing plenty of test.
this is the important part though:
if you increase your test, even naturally, your body can begin to reduce the amount it produces, especially after you quit taking it.
i don't think it's necessary at your age (trust me, i'm your age too and i've made my mistakes before)
but i can't stop you

Things like tribulus and such don't have your body produce more test, they have it utilize more of it. Ex: Say your body makes 100 tesosterones. It might only use 85 of them. The other 15 go to waste, if you take tribulus you might start using 90 of them, and then only 10 go to waste. Trib won't make you produce 110 testosterones.
