circuit training a workout technique in which one goes from one exercise to another, one set per movement per round, with minimal rest. It gives some aerobic benefit. superset a technique and a Weider Principle in which you group two exercises together for opposing muscle groups. As soon as you finish the set of the first exercise, immediately do a set of the second exercise with little or no rest.
