ok so heres my delema... im 15 and im a bodybuilder (of course)

and its been getting more noticable that my nipples are gettin puffy. i did a little research to find out more and i found out about gyno and that i can be gettin it because i am going through puberty as well as the fact that im bodybuilding. i really dont have a father figure so i was talking to my mom about it and that i wanted to get a check-up to see if i could get a little insite as to why exactily its happening and how long it may last, as well as what i can do about it.

in the mean time i was wondering if any of you can help me understand more of what's going on and why?

it will probly be like a few months on and off, thats what happened to me anyways
