tart eating more, like, lots more, whats your routine like? how much are you eating and what are you eating? right now I'm working out three times a week 8 rep 3 set 1 ecercise per body part. I haven't been doing the nutrition every day I have to admit. However, it seems im very ectomorphic. I'm working out in my home gym what do you guys think about this? Is going to the gym imperative?

I'm working out in my home gym what do you guys think about this? Is go also ive been working out since I was 16 now im 21 and I've had virtually zero weight. I drunk heavily up until this year Im sure that had a lot of impact. What do you guys recommend just more emphasis on nutrition?

YES NUTRITION IS A MUST. Check out the nutrition forum's stickies to figure out what kind of a protein/fat/carb ratio you need/ want. Then you're gona want to incorporate the following into your diet Good Fats- Olive oil, nuts, avacados, Fish Protein-lean beef, eggs, fish, chicken, tuna Good/slow carbs- sweet potatos, whole grain breads and pastas, brown rice etc Also drink lots of water, cut the crap food, candies pop ice cream etc.
No food tastes as good as looking good Feels. "Body Becomes Its Function"
