im about 5"10 and my weight is around 150.
ive juss started liftin again and im tryin to get my weight up to about 180-185 of course wit a good diet and workout plan.

Ya i would say do a clean bulk and try working hard on ur chest its lacking alittle to me but u got pretty big bi's and shoulders so u may wanna stop doing Iso on ur bi's if u are

I think you look good man, I think I'll be hitting 150/155 after my cut. Got about the same size etc. What bf you there? Size of your arms, chest etc? I'd go for a year of clean clean bulking, get 10-15 and you'll look good. 35lbs will take some time for sure, in terms of lean muscle I mean. Keep at it dude!

thanx for the feedback guyz i appreaciate it...ill be posting my measurments soon...and yea  i know gaining 35 pounds of good lean muscle will take some time but i down to work at it...right now im aiming at gaining around 4 pounds of lean muscle a month...of course ill be taking some creatine, a good NO product, a prework out supp, and whey protein

 I think if your genetics are good then 4lbs a month may be doable, but I think 1/2 a lb a week is expected, if your lucky..So more like 2lbs a month looking at 20-24lbs a year that excludes fat, water etc. I think that's pretty accurate as a generalisation anyway. Good luck man!

yea around 3 pounds of some lean muscle a month is prob wat i can aim for..givin that i have good genes..........and as for i wat i do for my workouts,   to be honest i was very sloppy with lifting...i never really followed a routine, i lifted wat ever body part i felt like doin, and i would work out for about 2 monthes then stop for about 3-4 monthes....this time around im gunna be more serious and dedicated cuz i know i can get big if i eat and train good.....ill be posting more pictures up of my progress soon.                           thanx everyone for the time

Can't really tell about your chest from the pics due to lighting and that pose but I agree, clean bulk would be good.

I'd say maintain. The weight and appearance you have is ideal for your health. If you wish to do anything further, maybe build up the pectoral region(chest) because that is one of the few things that is lagging a slight bit. Otherwise, you've got the green light.

Its hard to chest is lacking its just the way hes standing. nice shoulders and biceps though

Yeah after new pics your chest is lacking some but that is common for a lot of people. Just keep eating a lot and lifting hard. What does your routine look like?

I don't think your chest is really lacking, You have a low BF % and if you had more i am sure your chest would look a bit bigger.  You do need bulk, more muscle all around. I think your goals are right where they need to be. Just don't forget to bench press.

thanx everyone for their input and advice........i have been lifting about 4 times a week and stickin to my diet very good this time around and its paying off....ive added about another 4 pounds of lean muscle and ive even dropped a little more fat even though i barley have any.......ill be posting piccs in a few days to show the results                  till then thanx again to everyone
